Days of Supply is a home inventory and preparedness tool. This page explains what it stores, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read rather than to be legally impressive.

Two kinds of information here deserve saying out loud, because they're more sensitive than tinned peaches.
Medication. If you use the medicine features, the app stores medication names, amounts and doses, and which household member each belongs to. That's health information about you and possibly about your family. It is stored the same way as everything else — it is not shared, sold, or used for anything except showing you the numbers and sending the reminders you switched on.
Documents and photographs. If you photograph a passport, licence or insurance policy, that image is stored with your account. It's genuinely useful in a fire or an evacuation, and it also means a copy of an identity document sits in our database. If you would rather it didn't, record only the expiry date and reference number and skip the photo. That is a completely reasonable choice and the reminders work exactly the same.
We are not a healthcare provider and this is not a medical record system. The app does not give medical advice — it divides what you enter by the doses you tell it.
Running the app needs a small number of providers. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

When you photograph a label and ask the app to read it, that image is sent to Anthropic's API and the result comes back to you. If you'd rather no photo ever left your device, use manual entry — every feature works without scanning.
No system is perfect, and it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we'll tell you by email and say plainly what happened.
So the app works with no signal, a copy of your inventory is kept in your browser's local storage on each device you use. It stays on that device. Signing out clears the session; clearing your browser data clears the local copy.
Your inventory stays until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your items, household, settings and photographs. Expired sign-in tokens and sessions are cleared automatically. Backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion before they roll off.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your information, including the right to ask what we hold and to object to how it's used. Email us and we'll help regardless of where you are.
The app isn't intended for children, and you shouldn't create an account if you're under 13. Adults do add household members who are children — names, ages and any medication — and that information is treated with the same care as everything else.
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll email account holders rather than quietly editing it. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
